Program use and support non-existent

I really wanted to use this program, but it doesnt work for more than a note or two. I could put on one note and then I couldnt add any more. There is no provision I could find instructions. A questionnaire later popped up to see if I had questions. I asked if there were explanations on how to work the program but they never responded.
Thus far, it has been useless.
